Raksha Joshi is Founder and CEO of RJ Consulting. With more than 30
years of Service and leadership including project management,
efficiency, strategy, and finance-focused roles, Raksha has
maximized productivity to increase profitability in every role. She has
been pivotal in restructuring old and developing and new procedures
and departmental protocols. What is her how?

She is not at all foreign to adversity. She has had her fair share plus some in that department and is
known for her resilience. Raksha now brings those experiences coupled with her knowledge across
industries to support business owners and individuals alike in creating their optimal lives through
implementing customized processes unique to their specific needs, helping them to navigate even the
roughest waters.
Known as a Life Architect Raksha knows first-hand the importance of creating balance and harmony in
all areas. Her philosophy is “Life is serious business; the key is not to take it too seriously.” Every
entrepreneur deserves success, and her mission is to ensure they are fully equipped to do just that! She
provides structure, organization and customizable systems that make life easier. Focusing on your
relationships and financial health, she creates strategies to protect your assets and those you love.
She chooses to work with non-profits globally providing much needed life and leadership skills to
succeed in today’s world. Raksha is an active board member for multiple non-profits.
As a certified Master Life Coach and Business Coach, Raksha has studied under some of the best from
John Maxwell and Dave Ramsey to Jeff Lerner and Grant Cardone and so many others. Raksha she
continues, daily, to add to her arsenal of knowledge.
Raksha was born in Uganda, raised in London and is of Indian heritage. This makes it possible for her to combine
the perfect blend of Eastern and Western methodologies to her professional and personal coaching. Raksha
resides in Miami, FL.
